To inspire new ideas that will amaze participants, we’ve decided to share with you what became our 2022 Case History.

For the tenth anniversary of a medical device company, we developed a tailor-made event that revisited the milestones achieved throughout their corporate history, transforming them into an opportunity to strengthen the bond between colleagues and collaborators. The focus of the entire day was not solely on the “numbers” reached, but rather on placing more emphasis on networking, complemented by a generous dose of entertainment, taking the form of a true show.

After defining how to personalize the spaces to express the company’s identity and image, we brought in Marco Barozzi from Archè Touch the Future as the director of the event and the opening performance, which featured the involvement of a dancer. The light show curated by Laser Entertainment, the 15-square-meter LED wall positioned in the Light Space by PhygitalSpaces through D&D International Group, which served as the backdrop for the artist’s performance and became an integral part of it, represents the perfect blend of dance, videography, music, and sound effects. An engaging and evocative show that transformed the entire experience into a true “wow effect” spectacle, creating moments of pure emotion among the attending guests.

And what would a company anniversary be without a motivational speech? While the Acqua & Gym space was transformed into a simultaneous translation booth to allow all guests to listen to the speakers’ addresses, the Light Space once again lit up with the light that defines its name, welcoming the CEO and key company figures to the stage, who thanked everyone for the 10 years spent together. In the Yori Studio space, another important moment of sharing was set up: the aperitif prepared by Do.Ma. .

But the transformations weren’t over yet for our main space! While the guests were being pampered by the scents and flavors of the catering, our team was already revamping the setup to welcome everyone to a surprising cake-cutting ceremony. Illuminated tables, alongside the Ledwall and an emotional entrance music, helped create the perfect atmosphere to blow out the candles on a company birthday tailored to be unique and unforgettable.
