HANDS IN DOUGH: THE SOLIDARITY COOKING TEAM BUILDING CHOSEN BY BANCA IFIS
Banca IFIS selected the exclusive lofts of 10 Watt Location for their Annual Meeting Legal Factory of the NPL Area, a day dedicated to aligning ongoing activities and planning for the upcoming months, reserved for the law firms collaborating with CrediFamiglia. To ensure the day wasn’t solely focused on figures, guests participated in a solidarity-driven Team Cooking Building activity, aimed at fostering teamwork and inspiring employees through an act of generosity.
The venue’s spaces were branded from the Outdoor Area with graphics, roll-ups, and strategically placed RGB LED lights for outdoor use. In the Lounge space, serving as the venue’s foyer, an elegant welcome coffee was set up alongside a cloakroom area adjacent to the registration desk. For the plenary session, a modular platform and 130 Moroso designer chairs were arranged on the pristine white flooring of the Light space. Following the presentations by Banca IFIS managers, guests were invited to enjoy a lunch buffet set up in Yori Studio, the loft most suited to hosting activities and events related to the food sector.
For the second phase of the Annual Meeting Legal Factory, the Light space was reconfigured to host “Hands in Dough“, utilizing the Color space and Yori Studio as well—the latter swiftly transformed after the lunch. The Team Cooking activity was organized and managed by EventiAvanti, a Milan-based agency embracing the concept of corporate social responsibility. Led by Giulio Guerrieri, Trainer and Creative Developer of Team Building formats for corporate groups—and his staff, participants were divided into teams and actively engaged in crafting handmade fresh pasta. Each team was provided with a fully equipped workstation featuring all necessary tools and accessories, along with ingredients such as water, flour, and eggs sourced from organic farms in the Milanese outskirts.

This team cooking activity aimed to enhance teamwork skills, rekindle the joy of conviviality, and foster greater awareness of corporate social responsibility, thereby inspiring and motivating employees and collaborators. The format included a partnership with Equoevento, a nonprofit organization founded in Rome in 2013, dedicated to recovering surplus food from corporate events and redistributing it to charitable organizations, foster homes, and those in need.
This act of generosity enabled the organization to collect approximately 600 portions of freshly made pasta, ready for same-day delivery. The initiative falls under the category of events known in the United States as “Zero Waste“—minimizing waste while showcasing a dual commitment to social responsibility: solidarity and waste reduction.
The versatility and layout of the 10 Watt location allowed for seamless division and management of the event’s various phases, ensuring swift and efficient setup changes that did not disrupt the flow of activities scheduled within the timeline set by Banca IFIS’s Communication and Events Office.
