At the heart of the venue’s sustainability is a home automation system designed to optimize the use of energy resources. Thanks to this intelligent system, it’s possible to monitor and regulate energy consumption, ensuring efficient use of resources and reducing waste.
2 – Spaces with natural light and green corners
Natural lighting is not only aesthetically pleasing but also an effective way to reduce electricity consumption. The large skylights in all areas of the venue allow sunlight to illuminate the spaces, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere without the excessive use of artificial lights.

4 – Furnishings and technical equipment already present on-site
To minimize the use of resources and reduce the environmental impact associated with the rental and transport of furnishings and technical devices for corporate events and video-photo productions, we have opted to include in the venue’s amenities both furnishings and Italian-made design accessories such as seating, tables, bookcases, carpets, paintings, lamps, and vintage items, as well as technical devices such as projectors with screens, a 15 sqm LED wall, LED lighting, wall-mounted and bracket-mounted TVs, microphones, and a sound system. This approach not only reduces costs for the client but also eliminates or reduces emissions of greenhouse gases associated with delivery and retrieval services for rented items.
5 – Waste sorting before, during, and after events
Our philosophy is based on reduction, reuse, and recycling. For this reason, we promote and practice a meticulous system of waste sorting in all phases of corporate events, which minimizes the amount of waste destined for landfills and maximizes the recycling of materials, thus promoting the conservation of natural resources and energy savings.
6 – Heat pumps and A1 / A2 energy class
Thanks to the use of high-efficiency heat pumps, an air recirculation system, and A1 energy class in the Color and Light Spaces and A2 in the Lounge Space, we minimize energy consumption for heating and cooling of the spaces.
