This is exactly what happened when Alessandro International, a global leader in nail design and cosmetics, chose the creative spaces of 10 Watt Location for an unforgettable team-building experience.

The initial request was clear and, at the same time, exciting: “We want a creative atmosphere for our event. It’s the first time we’re organizing something in Italy, and we have no idea how to go about it.” Challenge accepted!

With a group of participants from over 20 countries—including France, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and Kazakhstan—the focus was not just on creating an event, but on crafting a moment that could strengthen relationships among individuals who share the same brand yet work in different locations.

Color as a Universal Language

The cornerstone of the project? Color, a symbol of connection and diversity. It served as the starting point for designing a format that transformed each participant into a protagonist. For this, 10 Watt Location entrusted Jo Bassani and his team from Staff Team Building by Dietrolevento srl, true experts in creating playful and educational activities for corporate events.

The brilliant idea? Drawing inspiration from the Alessandro International logo, an elegant peacock whose feathers symbolize brand affiliation. Each feather, personalized with the colors of the flags of the participating countries, became the guiding thread of the workshop.

From Many Hands to One Great Masterpiece

Jo Bassani and his team visualized the concept of “belonging” to the brand in the Alessandro International logo: more specifically, the spread feathers of the peacock, their corporate symbol, become the emblem of affiliation, as each feather represents the flag of the country where the products are distributed.

Fueled by the slogan “Making the difference“, six teams created six distinct canvases, each a unique expression of creativity and the value of teamwork. In the end, the canvases were combined to form a spectacular Big Picture, a work that not only tells the story of the brand but now proudly adorns the offices of Alessandro International’s headquarters.

Behind the scenes, the 10 Watt Location team orchestrated every detail, turning the brief into reality. From selecting partners to coordinating logistics, every element was meticulously handled to create an exclusive and unforgettable event.
